Ethics and Compliance Office Helpline
The university maintains a reporting line—Temple's Ethics and Compliance helpline—that is available 24/7 for you to ask questions or report any concerns you have about ethics, compliance and integrity at Temple.
Faculty Reporting Systems
Annual Report of Faculty Achievement (ARoFA)
Annual Reports of Faculty Achievement (ARoFA) assist the university in collecting valuable information regarding faculty accomplishments and accolades. Annual faculty self-reporting serves as the primary source for collecting this information. Faculty from schools and colleges represented by the Temple-TAUP Collective Bargaining Agreement must complete and submit an ARoFA prior to a prescribed deadline each year to be eligible for merit consideration (Salary Increases Article).
Faculty Development Plan (FDP)
Faculty Development Plans (FDPs) are a planning tool that schools and colleges may use to accompany a structured dialogue that occurs annually between faculty and chairs regarding accomplishments, goals, and plans for professional development. For questions about the FDP tool, please contact Kristin Swift, Senior Director for Faculty Affairs.
Faculty Activity Report (FAR)
The Faculty Activity Report (FAR) is a brief survey that collects instructional output data (average weekly activity spent doing instruction, instructional support, research, et al.) from faculty. Data collected twice a year is used by the Office of Institutional Research to compose elements of Temple University’s annual Snyder Report submission to the Department of Education and the Pennsylvania State Appropriations Committee. This report summarizes the University’s instructional output, faculty salaries, workloads and student credit hours. No identifying information is associated with this report submission; data is presented in aggregate.
